Subterranean Space were commissioned by Fullers Brewery to create 350 sq metre Basement in Twickenham, 31-33 York Street. Fullers turned this property into a new concept being a wine and restaurant on the ground floor and used the new basement to provide wine cellar, storage, toilets, and a commercial Kitchen. Subterranean Spaces also build a double extension to the rear of the property and converted the top three floors into ten self-contained apartments. The whole project took over one year. Subterranean Spaces and Urban Build UK were a delight to work with. Their project manager worked with his team and took the worry away. All the apartments were sold and the acquisitions department of Fullers were very happy.
